Always unsupervised . Most of my jobs have been semi-autonomous , and the production figures have been high . Several of my employers have allowed me to select my own crew/staff , though i absolutely hated having to fire someone . Don't think i could ever do the "boss on my shoulder " thing .

Once when me boss was watching me I got so nervous that I tripped over my co-worker and caused the human domino effect in the middle of a restaurant so people AND food went flying. So I think unsupervised but on some days I need to be watched so I can get a bonus. Oh and if your wondering, Yes I still work at the same place. :D
