No. It isn't polite.
If the question is poorly constructed so that it can be interpreted two ways, I will say, "If you meant this ... and if you meant this ..." I guess if you took that as pointing out incorrect grammar, I'm guilty.Like (3)

Not so cause everyone is entitled to make mistakes

Even on here, I've got better things to do than point out what was probably a little unseen mistake

Ignore it, not everyone is perfect....even I, a teacher sometimes makes mistakes...

only when it makes the question incomprehensible.

no. as long as you can read it and understand who cares. you wouldn't correct some one with a speech impediment.

I don't have time to fix other people's mistakes. I assume they are made in passionate haste or just plain honest tripping. If I wanted to be an editor I would apply to be one. I am here to enjoy other people's contributions and share my own. Grace is always a good to apply to others if you may need it yourself one day.

No, I'm not one to take a chance at making someone feel bad. I am not that great at my grammer as well. If I can understand the question or what is being said, then that's good enough for me. If not, I'll just asked or ask "is this what you meant?"

Only if they really pissed me off, and I am blind with rage. Or if I just can't understand.

depends on the person, if i know they would like the grammar critique and it would help them edit what they are doing faster i will go grammar nazi. If its a complete stranger and i do not know the extent to which they like to have proper grammar i will hold my tongue.

No I do not want to be judgemental and also hurt anyone in any ways as typos do happen even to experts.

That would be far too laborious and lengthy an undertaking.
