Oh yes I'm a dress or skirt guy for so many reasons. It's exponentially more feminine, creates a vulnerability in the girl and a sense of protectiveness in the guy. If you are like me and believe it's a good idea to put your woman across your knee then it's much easier to prepare her for a lovely spanking when she's in a dress or skirt.
