    When it's nice enough, I prefer the top down.

    I like both but I prefer windows down with a nice breeze blowing through my hair.

    Unless it's raining, very cold, or unbearably hot, I like the windows down. A. I smoke and drive, and don't want my car to totally smell like an ashtray (It probably does anyway...), and B. I want to be able to see and hear as much as possible, so that I'm better aware of my surroundings.
