I will use chocolate as example.
Hershey bar, it is real good and I can eat a whole one and maybe two. but suffer upset stomach for it.
but a Special Dark Chocolate bar. is so good I take just one bite and I am satisfied. and WANT to save the rest for later.
Quality will always be better that quantity. this is my opinion.

I prefer quality, but my does quantity help.
