Never gave it much thought, but studying my closest friends, all are younger than me bar one! Mind you, I'm old! :-)

I prefer people who have some thing in common with me, who enjoy my company and I enjoy theirs. Age is irrelevant.

i have no problem hanging out with people of different ages as long as they're fun to be with and full of sense then it's all good. Relationship wise as in romantic kind of, as a guy, i prefer my partner to be younger than me.

Older. I can't usually have an intelligent conversation with those younger than me.
I may be still be immature in some ways, but I have found that the depth of knowledge that I want to drink from from others is not usually found in those younger than me.
So I seek older people.
