Do you save old bread 4 toast?

I do-if its more than(say) 3 days old I put it in the freezer to toast. What do you do with old bread?.

Old bread goes in the bin. I hate toast, I havent time to make soup, feed ducks, chickens or fowl of any description, and the only feral animals around here are other peoples children and I think their parents might get pissed if I feed their children manky bread.

kowen	Posted Jul 15th, 2009 at 3:29AM Yes!! that's how we recycle all our bread.The baker where we buy it,doesn't use any preservates in his products. So 1 or 2 days is it's life span. Rated: +1Vote for this!
sharossody	Posted Jul 15th, 2009 at 3:30AM We buy our bread in bulk, 4-6 loaves at a time. and freeze it. we even toast it frozen, if forgotten to take from freezer. I'm in Aussie, so it may be different elsewhere. Rated: +1Vote for this!
