I used to bottle it up, but the last couple of years I've been railing against things I find stupid or illogical when I'm extra angry or feeling ******.
It's good to get it out.
Sure people don't wanna be around me anymore, but at least I don't have to hear their dumb sht.
I tend to say the true things nobody wanna hear when I'm angry :/
My mouth always starts before my brain thinks, not sure if they are stupid things but definitely honest.
I tend to rant!!!
I go to the gym 5 day a week, so if im angry about something i'll take it out on the weights.
situation warrants saying something, it will get said. I try to detach myself from the anger and that seems to detach me from saying stupid things.
I get really really quiet.
I've learned to keep my mouth shut.
I speak my mind and what i say is never stupid...its honesty.
I have learned when to say nothing. It is a hard thing to learn but at age 50 I think I have a good handle on it.
I do both depending on who I'm talking to and if I think there's any benefit gained by me opening my mouth...
Everything I say is with intention
I am quiet, it takes a lot to get me to the point of saying foolish things, I always try to diffuse the argument
i say stupid things all the time ,angry or not lol
