situation warrants saying something, it will get said. I try to detach myself from the anger and that seems to detach me from saying stupid things.

I used to bottle it up, but the last couple of years I've been railing against things I find stupid or illogical when I'm extra angry or feeling ******.



It's good to get it out.

Sure people don't wanna be around me anymore, but at least I don't have to hear their dumb sht.
