Physically - No. I have cold today
Intellectually - Yes. I learned some new things today.
Spiritually - Yes. I am reading a really good book.

Intellectually yes, I would think so. Continuous improvement in this area has been one of my goals. Can't say I have improved as well in the physical and spiritual areas, though. :(

I strive to be better than myself yesterday, especially these days. Life is either going in an upward direction or going in a downward direction. There is no such thing as staying the same, life deteriorates if nothing is changed for the better, it slowly gets old and falls apart without improvement.
