Do you sleep with a weapon of any kind ?
I have my gun, which is pet name for very sweet knife. But what idiot brings a knife to a gun fight ? I suppose it helps we have ADT too. But since my s / o is taking these business trips I think I'd like to get a gun because it's just me, his 87 year old mom and a puppy.

The only weapon I have is my wit, but after a certain time at night ( and early in the mornings) it seems to go away. Lol.

My fiancé knows tae kwon do and karate and I know a little karate and Kung fu ;) I prefer knowing how to protect myself physically rather than relying on a weapon as items can fail you whereas your body is usually pretty quick (mine is anyway) and if you can outsmart them as well, then that's another bonus. The weakest part on the human body is the eyes then the shins. Genitals are actually third because they usually turn to protect that so if you wish to stop anyone so you can get away, attack either the eyes or the shins. The neck is another good place to go for. The attacker will be choking so you can escape to safety xoxo
