Old photos of myself make me say a lot...<br />

Damn I was thin!! Was I ever sober? Purple hair looks good on no one! Why am I wearing old man bowling pants?! And a shirt made of thrift store ties....

Some old photos deserve to be burned. But how can you explain them away from the family album !

Yup

Depends on the year. I went through phases. Some skinny some really big.

From 17until I was 47 I weighed roughly between150 to 160 lbs (at 5'10" not skinny but not overweight) and gradually went up in weight (exchanging muscle for additional fat) to as much as 211 in my fifties and sixties. Six months ago (at 208 lbs.) I started dieting and exercise and now weigh 177 lbs. and I am determined to get to the 160 to 165 range.
