Do you still have a job,and do you like it?

Im one of the few that still have a job.News paper delivery,but still a job.Whats up with everyone else here?

I lost my job of 20 years last August, and yes I loved it.
I actually feel as though it could be the best thing to ever happen to me career wise as I've gone back to school and hope to move into and even better career someday.

momofmatt	Posted Mar 19th, 2009 at 11:55AM Yes I still have a job and I love what I do. I'm a head cashier and also work in receiving at our local grocery store. So far it seems like business hasn't slowed yet but it's the only one in town and it's not overshadowed by the big "W" so I think we will be ok. And I still work full time and I love working retail with the public. I've had other jobs in other industries but I love this the best! Rated: +1Vote for this!
Cannondale	Posted Mar 19th, 2009 at 12:45PM Yes I have a job. I'm a security guard for a contract company in Boston and manage the loading dock of a 31 stroy office building. We actually had an AIG protest out front today because one of their offices is in the building. We unionized three months ago, so now I can say that yes, I do like my job. geenpunchbuggie	Posted Mar 19th, 2009 at 2:13PM i do have a job. i work at a community college. the pay isn't spectacular and it's not what i went to school for but i LOVE working there. there are so many awesome people and the day is never mundane or boring. it is a very pleasant environment. if they want me to leave they will have to drag me out feet first! tat2doc	Posted Mar 19th, 2009 at 4:31PM I've been at the same profession for 38 years, although not in the same location. But as soon as I figure out what I wanna be when I grow up (besides the worlds tallest midget), I'll let you know. BTW, I'm a tattoo artist. Do I like it? Some days are good & some are bad. But overall, it's fun. Even when you do a lot of the same designs over & over. And have to hear/answer the same questions repeatedly. (I'm in a military town) Rated: +1Vote for this!
singer1960	Posted Mar 19th, 2009 at 4:33PM I work over night stocking the shelves at Target......And I hate it.....I have hated it for a long time.......And the other night I ytold my boss so......I told her that it was getting harder to not walk out the doors and never come back.....When she asked me why I stay...I told her the truth......I got bills to pay......
