I take vitamin C, D, B50, and Omega fish oils. I probably don't need to as I try not to eat anything that has been processed, like frozen pop in the oven meats or canned premade pasta type of junk and rarely drink pop, but I also drink about 2 liters of water a day. I can't remember the last time I have been sick and most people think I am 10 years younger than I actually am. So I think it all is worth it.

Yes, I'm a firm believer in supplements. I take a good daily multi-vitamin, plus Vitamin D3, CoQ10, Calcium with Magnesium, and my doctor suggested Fish Oil, which I added.

calcium with C, and calcium with D, and magnesium. those are the important ones for me right now. I'll take potasium in the summer, as well.

Yes. I am a bulimic, and supplement my awful life with vitamins, as well as electrolyte-infused beverages to prevent the inevitable heart attack. You know, if you ate right, you wouldn't need them.

I take folic acid. But only because I have hereditary spherocystosis, so I have to take it. I'm still not entirely clear as to why, but my doctor says I must.

Yes, folic acid stimulates the red cell production process, which you need because of the anemia. Makes sense.

I don't ... simply because I have many other things to spend my money on... including but not limited to food, insurance, fuel, rent, clothing, hygiene supplies... etc...
