Firstly, I'm not around all that many people. And I'm pretty good at avoiding misdirected anger. I had a LOT of that dumped on me as a kid, so I try only to send that sort of thing where it's due. <br />
And it's true that I tend to drive a lot of it inward....not a good, but it beats being rude or mean to people who don't deserve it.

Like West91491, my frustration and rage out-taking has been limited. If I can catch myself, I stop immediately and if I can repair the damage, I try to.

NO...and I'm grateful not to have a hairtrigger temper for that very reason. I can be blasting the offender, then turn and be very polite to an innocent bystander.
