If someone is close to you - say your son - Do you let him know his house smells like cat pee?

Yes! Hes probably so use to the smell he doesn't notice it anymore. Buy him some incense lol.

caramelpeace	Posted Oct 20th, 2009 at 8:29PM I think I would let him know, especially your own son. He may be used to the cat pee odor and not as aware of visitors. Just try to let him know in a mild and kind manner that his house is not smelling fresh. Maybe other people had noticed but since not family, didn't say anything and he may wonder why no one is coming by. Yes if it was something like that and the odor was very bad, something should hopefully be done or at least make sure he's aware and he can take it from there in a hygienic manner, hopefully. You are lucky if he lets you into his life enough to visit him at his home; if you start criticizing, you may be shown the exit without delay and not invited back. kessie	Posted Oct 21st, 2009 at 1:02AM he is probably aware of it. I have told my sister her home stinks sometimes. She has put tiles through most of her house to try and prevent the smell. She works for a cattery and ended up owning 6 cats plus 2 dogs. She brings home foster kittens till they are old enough to put up for adoption as well. Sometimes she has a dozen cats there at once. On a hot day the kitty litter gets on the nose a bit. Rated: +1Vote for this!
