    Anything like that I will tell someone, even a stranger, so they can avoid any (further) embarrassment. Toughest one was telling a woman at a community center pool that her top had 'moved'.

    The problem is, that the bottom of the nose is so close to the mouth that they may think you find them hot. (Paying too much attention to someone's lips gives that impression). So I'll always tell them to avoid misunderstandings.
