Book is always good for the particular group of people who need it , and I'm pretty sure that it would make them feel very happy to read .. ;)

Yes. They need to be educated about their sexuality because it can be a very confusing time.

It would be extremely important, yes. One for gay male teens and transgendered persons also.

All male snickering aside, aside from their orientation, these kids are alreasy faced with a plethora of "Self Help" multimedia features, one more will just get lost in the noise. How about something like "You just found out your best friend is a Lesbian" or Personal issues that affect the workplace; "Did you hear so-and-so is a Lesbian?"". IMHO I think it's the people around those that have "come-out" that need the information moreso than the young woman.

I think that's definitely a good idea. When I was a teenager, I had a number of friends who thought they were lesbians. They didn't have many places to go for help, and they thought that the only way they could be sure was to go out and hook up with a girl. If it could help them decide for themselves if they were that way inclined, I believe it would cut down on the amount of sexual confusion, making them happier in the long run.

So, basically, yes, it's an amazing idea. Go with it.

Self-help books are very effective tools....I read them all the time, no matter what it is I'm dealing with....I think it could be very valuable in helping anyone deal with their issues....

Definitely - heck, there should be a self help book for love, lesbians, gay men and on marriage. That would cover most of the issues at least for me anyway.

definitely.. i mean not "self help" like "you're a lesbian so you have issues" but something that will provide them comfort, nuggets of wisdom, strategies for coping with coming out, that sort of thing, yes, definitely!

A self help book teenage lesbians? It sounds like a script for a sit-com. Sorry, but I don't like the idea of self-help books anyway, but one for confused horny teenagers? No way.
