No. People who are not brought up properly with proper parenting and education have more babies and are on welfare. I'm black and 23/f and I have no children. I'm educated and want to be financially successful before I ever have children. It's about choices and standards also. They're are people that grow up in the hood that want better for themselves and their lives. So they work hard and ignore their environment and get to go to college and do good for themselves. It is not about color but self respect and good parenting. Anyone can succeed if they have the will and determination. Others are not as strong minded so they go with what the rest of the environment around them is doing. It's about choices and good upbringing and your standards for yourself. I've always had respect for myself so I just did not understand the girls who got pregnant young and just wanted to have babies. It's also my environment. I did not grow up in the hood. I grew up in a smal town and that gave me options. They're are plenty of girls I saw in school getting pregnant and sleeping around. I chose not to because I thought it was not respectful. I just respect myself alot. More young girls need to be taught that. But sadly they are not.
