RRK1	Posted Oct 2nd, 2009 at 9:30AM No ruder than cellphones! In a business setting, no. In a personal setting, sometimes, depending upon whom you're talking to and why they put you on hold. Perhaps they're expecting an extremely important call to tell them they've just had a job offer. Rated: +1Vote for this!
Lookin4the1now	Posted Oct 2nd, 2009 at 1:07PM I think it is a wonderful invention/application of technology. It is much better than the dialer just getting the busy signal and the person receiving the call never knowing that someone else was trying to call them. It is just available. Nobody forces a person to use it. They can just look at the number of the incoming call and return the call after they are finished with the call in progress. People use it by choice.
