Crying is a reaction to how you are feeling at the time, I rarely cry because Im sad, more likely because Im angry, then I get angrier because Im crying lol.
I don't think that crying is a sign of weakness, though its natural to feel vulnerable at the time.

crying is a release. people cry when they are sad and hurt and cry when they are happy.all crying does is releaase an excess of emotions. it is not a weakness.
