Well it really depends on your situation. Like I'm experiencing a disease known as 'love' and it's made it so that death would only make things worse. But, if your slowly bleeding out, a bullet to the head would sound pretty good right then....so it depends on your situation.

It's not what is outside that is causing you hell, it is coming from a mind that believes everything we see, think and do in life.
We create our own hell because we allow ourselves to fall into negative thinking.
Get out of your thoughts, don't dwell on them, watch them trying to pull you in, just see it's tricks and ignore them.
And above all--stop judging the world and look within.

There are temporary escapes such as drugs and alcohol, but there is a price to pay both financially and socially. Loved ones suffer. Other temporary means can include reading, painting, sports, or anything else a person loves to do, and that is called living a life.

    No.
Individuals can learn how to be happy, or at the very least reduce unnecessary pain.
If we act or speak in way that causes harm, we will inevitably experience suffering as a natural result. If we think in negative or unrealistic ways, we create our own internal hell. There are many paths to change what creates hell in a person's life, and in society and ecosystems.
Get searching and thinking, and you will inevitably find what works best for you.
If we keep an open mind, we can work together on reducing the hell around us.

Death doesn't really free you it just ends it all. Besides I don't think we're all living in hell at least not yet there's still too much beauty around us.

I figure I'm already dead and this IS Hell. That would answer a lot of questions.

DEPENDS ON WHO DECIDES YOUR END>

IF YOU DECIDE TO END YOUR LIFE BY TAKING YOUR OWN LIFE WITH YOUR OWN HANDS THEN....WELCOME TO A REAL HELL AFTER DEATH.

AND IF YOU DIE WITHOUT COMMITTING SUICIDE THEN YOU MIGHT GO TO HELL OR HEAVEN DEPENDING ON HOW YOU HAVE LIVED YOUR LIFE WITH BAD OR GOOD DEEDS.

Death isn't an escape you just comeback again and experience things again. It keeps happening until you learn whatever you were suppose to learn.

Sure the next life will be better than this one... but you are not destined to get there until you are completely done with this life here on Earth.

Not even death will be an escape. Maybe death will be like an alarm clock that won't stop ringing! Who knows? Nobody that has died has come back to tell us

What makes you think death is an escape. It could be much than this life we have.
There is no way to know. I'm sure not going to risk it.

I try to console myself with the thought that if the living hell gets too bad I can give it all up and go and volunteer for a farming collective in South America.
