    Never, ever, & any driver caught using one should have his/her phone confiscated immediately & not returned until a very hefty fine has been paid !! Any second offence, the phone is crushed, & for a third offence, the car is crushed too!
    Same should apply for cyclists & scooter riders, the former really endangering their own lives from what I've seen recently!

    As a motorbike rider you get to see it all..I have no sympathy for people who phone and drive..They are a menace and a danger to everyone..They seem to think their idle conversation is worth more than someones life..
    I would rather they were drunk than on the phone..Where they are involved in an accident they could be justifiably sent to jail for 5-10 years.

    i think it depends on the person. with some people i don't think it's possible for them to operate the gas/break and steer at the same time.
