Yes, but I also think they should limit the total number of members on that counsel as well as revoke the U.S. permanent membership. opting for 5 year memberships instead.

well the full body has 15 people on it but five of those hold veto power

Nope. I think that the security council should never change. Even though I love Germany, I see problems with others wanting on the council once the door is opened.

but Geopolitics change over time, will China, France, the U.S, U.K and Russia always maintain the influence they have? Russia's hasn't been the same since Soviet times, and the U.K's has been steadily dropping same as France
