no i dont because that would be crazy mess....we would be over crowded and get ourselves into more trouble in the economy. However, the problem is not the people. corporations in this country advertise for mexicans to come here and get undocumented work. The corporations can pay less than minimum wage, they dont need insurance, and they dont need to worry about lawsuits or unions or workers rights. When the public makes an outcry and the immigration department demands the appearance of results the corporations pick out a handful of workers that are no longer needed, they give the names to the authorities and workers are raided and sent back across the border. This doesnt solve the problem, its an endless cycle and it is cruel to those who come here from an impoverished country looking for work...work which was purposefully advertised in mexican newspapers written in spanish. we need to be cracking down on big business and the corrupted systems that allow this to continue. If the work was not available to them then they wouldnt be here, would they?

If they have jobs and are productive citizens, I don't see why not. I think we should get rid of the felons instead

Best Answer

Best Answer

the american indians were wise to grant amnesty and legal status to the invading european cultures, and we should be thankful

Best Answer

the mexicans were here before the indians?? they came over the bering straight and spread out onto the north american continent first?? (rewriting the history to fit your notions)

Giving amnesty to ILLEGAL immigrants is a slap in the face to all the honest law abiding people who want to immigrate LEGALLY. Illegals when discovered should be implanted with an RFID and sent back to the country that they came from.

Best Answer

so do you mean we need to implant them with rifd to be easy to know who they are and why some people oppose giving them a legal status and to make them a law abiding citizen?i dont think implanting rifd is good thing its a kind of abused...

Best Answer

i dont think it will do good to use that kind of implant it will violate your human rights?

Best Answer

By breaking our laws and cutting in line ahead of honest hardworking people who have complied with our laws and applied for a immigrant visa through the proper channels, Illegals have forfeited any rights they would have had , if they had chosen to take the legal rout. And immigrants aside are you aware that there is a proposal to implant RFID's in every citizen, like some people do with their pets now.

Seal the borders and give amnesty to those illegals that have been here working and paying taxes. For God's sake, Don't split up families, Have a logical program for migrant farm workers. We're certainly not going to get dirt under our lily white finger nails, are we? Institute military service as a pathway to citizenship, An option...

Best Answer

We would have to use prisoners to get enough people to pick cucumbers, lettuce, or chop cotton.

Best Answer

yeah. the "Lilly white fingernails" comment was a bit much. I could have said that a little more tactfully.

Best Answer

I am a white natural borne US citizen and picking cucumbers and beans one year kept me from starving while I looked for a better job. That whole white people won't do that is a lot of crap. The reason it is hard to get them to do it is because when they do work you tax half of it away from them and give it to the layabouts.

Best Answer

i think illegal immigrant is a big issue in the coming election as well as the medicare bills and all.

Best Answer

always it will come to money when those oppose to receive below the average pay of course citizen who think thats an illegal way of payment, but somehow its in the system and no matter how you talk about it,capitalist will never bow down, its either you accept or not or else the work would end up outsourcing to another country and end up no work loss your mortgage and jobless and become homeless and declared bankrupt!

Best Answer

do you think you can trust it allowing this people out of prison to do that menial jobs?nope it will just make them think how to scape and do crime again...

Best Answer

I 'do' apologize for the "Lily white fingernails" comment. I usually don't talk that way. I may have been in my cups when I wrote that answer,

I think we should have laws in place, and in force the laws. Let them go to the back of the line and do as they are suppose to do in the first place. Let the unemployed apply for the jobs the illegals have, if there are openings left, then have a guest worker program. Not all the jobs are in the fields, in my state they are taking good jobs with great benifits. We have a high number of illegals, the companies need to be fined, if they don't comply, take their liscences away. When we start to in force our laws, people will follow them. This goes for all people.

Best Answer

yes its true but somehow we know that employing them makes your company vulnerable to laws and then if ever you are in trouble in the government simply you cannot afford to continue and just stop and close your firm or your company along with the illegal immigrant affected is those legal workers because you cannot afford to continue....

Best Answer

Yes I do. Because for decades the US practically escorted them in because we wanted low wage workers for farms and food processing plants. When a law has been ignored for decades then those who entered under that condition should be allowed to stay. Besides, I think they add a lot to our rather bland culture.

Best Answer

well i guess no matter what we choose every 4 years it would always a big issue in the election, illegal migrant, abortion, same sex marriages and other that makes interesting issues that will catapult you to be the new president or Re Elect the President!

Best Answer

Depends on their situation.

Best Answer

what do you mean mby that?

Best Answer

Obviously refugees and people seeking amnesty from persecution deserve different consideration. And if the laws concerning immigration are unjust then fighting them is an ethical obligation.

Best Answer

oh thats better....

Best Answer

There are ways for people facing political prosecution to apply legally for a temporary visa while they work their way through the system, that is a entirely different question than granting legal status to any criminal (illegal) that sneaks across the border.

No, the borders should be sealed and all those here illegaly should be sent back to whatever rock they came from under , that they probably helped screw up in the first place. No amnesty, no fookin' Dream Act, and dump Osama Obama.

Best Answer

well sometimes we need to think why....but i take you dont favor that too...

Best Answer

Osama Obama? Srsly? Obama doesn't tell people 2 crash planes into buildings.

Best Answer

irrelevant im sure Obama didnt have any clue with it but yes for Osama,im sure Obama is really a very good President why would he get another term if not so he is really excellent president and i think he is cool too...

Best Answer

Illegal is just that - illegal. They should not be put at the front of the line for immigration, thereby penalizing would-be immigrants who have some respect for the law.

Best Answer

ok but what if they are law abiding people?

Best Answer

They are ILLEGAL immigrants. They may be otherwise law-abiding people, but there are other people waiting in line for proper immigration status, who are not breaking any laws. Why should those people be pushed to the back of the line when people who BREAK THE LAW to enter the country, and break laws in getting jobs get "legal status" before those who obey the law?

Best Answer

well as long as people all over the world think america is the answer of poverty then illegal immigrant will never stop because the borders is so easy to come by and even how would you re structure the said borders still people will find a way to find how to comes in.
