Do you think it's right to force business to have a no smoking ban when they are private owned?

I think it's not right people can go elsewhere. They Don't own it or pay for the business taxes or salary.

    MONTANA has totally banned smoking, ANYWHERE. They also have an aggressive campaign against chaw, which is an enduring favorite of the cowboys and ranchers. It's a matter of public health and the cancer caused by second hand smoke.

    You don't have to go there and what about the fumes coming from car's that will kill you quicker
