After the age of three (maybe four). Yes.

My kids used to bath all the time, but it stopped when they started taking showers (son was 6 and my daughter was 4). Every once in awhile they would want to take a bath in the whirlpool and I would let them, but it wasn't often. They are now 9 & 7 and if they wanted to, I wouldn't see a problem with it wasn't (they know they aren't allowed to touch eachother's private parts. But my wouldn't be interested in taking a bath.

If they're little, no. When they get older, yes. But this is also a cultural issue. In Japan, they have bath houses where people might bathe together. Men and women in separate baths. It's seen as a way to de-stress and perhaps socialize without feeling guarded.
