Some women are beautiful, some are sexy, but some are both and she is both. From her youthful work in tv and films to now she just exudes sexuality. She appered on a episode of Two and Half men and even the censors did not know what to do with her. She is difenantly in the same ranks as Angelina Jolene.

She's not ugly, but she's excessively thin IMO and VERY young looking.

I'm guessing she's considered "hot" because she's half naked.... if she were clothed, I'd consider her just average.

She is pretty, but not my type. I prefer more down to earth women. Think Lea Thompson, (Back to the Future) Kyra Sedgwick (The Closer) or Brigid Brannagan (Army Wives) are all much more appealing to my eye.

Absolutely gorgeous. While others have stated that with how many 'generically' pretty girls there are the 'bar' is getting higher as to 'hot' I have to say when I saw her in the first Transformers movie I thought she was really hot, but hey... it's the movies right? Makeup, lighting, etc. Then I happened to catch a candid interview with her when she didn't have any makeup at all on, kind of ratty 'gym' clothes, and with her beautiful eyes and clearly naturally beautiful face and a killer body I had to 'upgrade' her to one of the hottest in 'media land' right now.

She's a pretty girl but I think she looks phony. From what little I've seen, her attitude & demeanor suck so I think that makes her very unattractive.
