No, but I can quarentee you that it is happening. Via "finding things on social media, and finding a way to dismiss the employee". Employers will search down a person's email address and find most of all the social media connected. People do not realize that all of their stuff is connected. Not only that, but they spew their business all over facepuke, and twitter.
