Do you think Pres. Obama blew the Olympic bid.?

Judging on his speeches to the world before about America and his speech to the olypmic commitee. Do you think Pres. Obama lost us the olympics or was it never ours to start with.

ShondaiSam	Posted Oct 5th, 2009 at 1:27PM No! Presidend Obama and Chicago didn't stand a chance. Methinx that the IOC already had their minds made up. Personally, I'm glad that Rio de Janeiro got it. Rio knows how to throw a party. Chicago doesn't anymore. Anyway the IOC has already been burned by scandal with the Salt Lake City winter games. They are going to be very gun shy about having the olympics in the USA for quite some time. I have to say that I would be very surprised if the olympics were held in the USA before 2040.
