Food is the body's fuel, with out our system is sluggish. When we starve it our metabolism slows to sustain the body(storing fat) until the next meal(or refueling). You may be able to loose a few pounds but generally just end up gaining it right back at the next meal.
it doesnt. You will gain weight when you will start eating all meals again. you need to eat everything but less as u eat usually. thats help loosing way and you wont gain weight. Hope this helps
