Do you think spirits are real?

The females in my family are ghost sensitive. Throughout our lives we've had dealings with spirits and ghosts and have lived in a few "haunted" houses. I and my mother are the most perceptive for some reason and our abilities are very strong. There are stories that I could tell here but this is a question and answer forum so I'm limited.

Im not sure if the word real is appropriate xx i fooled around when i was a kid with seance, Glassie glassie and Ouija boards ! Most successful was the Glassie Glassie.

However i dont appear to have ansers to Past lives and certain Mediums i've seen lately. They seem so accurate..or great con artists. Personally with my luck i'l end up calling a dark/bad spirit :(( and i dont need that extra stress :))

I do think they are real. Who am I to say that are not real ??

Sure! I have a liquor cupboard full of them!! Those can certainly haunt you the morning after, let me tell you...

I'm an agnostic. By definition, I dunno.

But.

I will say that the only reason that I'm agnostic rather than an atheist (most the time) is that I have experienced some things that I can't explain.

Through existentialism the theory is we do not perceive the physical world, we perceive an illusion of inspiration. Everything with which we interact with is a reflection of some part of our inner being.

Spirits can then be regarded as a personalization of some inspiration, or a humanization of some natural force (which under the theory can include an idiosyncratic thought process).

Of course this is all impractical gobble-dee-guk, with out Zen.

So, for brevity "real" is subjective when speaking of Spirits, they are by definition immaterial.

For those who believe there is no question to answer... for those who dont, some want proof before they will accept and the others just dont believe they exist...

For me there is no question...I use them happily all the time... :)

I know they are. I have seen evidence. I am a Spiritualist.

If one truly wishes to know this, may i suggest a visit to the cemetary?

Since I believe in angels, and these are spiritual beings...I would say yes, I do....I also believe that there are evil spirits out there.....

Yes, Spirits are real. There are good spirits and bad spirits. I am not afraid of the bad ones cos they cannot hurt me. Jesus already defeated the bad spirits so they never come and trouble me.

I too believe. In the realm that I work within.. I sense, see, feel , hear them and communicate with them on a daily bases... I deal with many levels of spirituality's ... believers non-believers,,, but when it's all said and done.. they are believers in the end... I give them their messages from the angel realm. from their guardians, spirit guides. their loved ones.. For the most part I communicate with the most lovely of spirits ,,but I've seen somethings that when shown to me have also made my heart ache with the sadness of it all.. I wrote a story about one in my group .. It was about a young lady having attempted suicide& survived (barely).. I respect all people whether they believe or not in spirits.. or whether they believe in god or not... But I will alway's believe in me...

Yes they are real, very much so. Also there are levels of reality much like the tree of Life of the Kabbalh or the Celtic shamic path workings.
