Do you think that communication in a relationship is a vital necessity to make it last? Why?

Absolutely. If you don't communicate you'll eventually just blow up on each other. Gotta talk about problems before they become catastrophes.

Definitely, if you ever feel upset or angry how will you resolve the issue unless you talk it through, the more you hold back in a relationship the more all the stress builds. It's important to be honest and communicate your feelings, your partner isn't psychic.

Or course, unless you are both happy to be mute non contributors.
If you can't communicate openly and honestly then how do you know what each other thinks or feels or would like or expect, or tolerate, or be disgusted by. How do you grow in your love with someone who is not talking to you, or can't communicate clearly and articulate their thoughts. In my experience effective communication is vital if you want to have a lasting relationship.Like (1)

Communication is really important. Misunderstandings waste so much time. Time that you could spend together doing something you both enjoy. Why would you want to be in a relationship with someone you can't talk to honestly and openly?
