We Chinese do not allow emotions and feelings to control us. That is higher evolution.

No, emotions have value like in social settings or for making or keeping social connections, keeping strong emotion from building up by allowing breakdowns instead of just getting stessed and commiting suicide or even for connecting mother/father to children as they grow emotionally.

Emotions seem to drain our energies in a fast beat techno world! This is seriously terrible! People are becoming less appreciating towards human attributes, feelings, arts, depths of pain, and spiritual connection! We seek more and enjoy less, always prefer tha canned forms of instant pleasures that puts our creativity, even attitudes like useless!<br />
I think that's why I always refer people who are few decades older, may be closer to the old fashioned man with better views towards life and humans!
