I personally know two people who were the directors of an ascension school who have regressed their ages from their 40s and 50s into their late 20s.

In my understanding, its all to do with the integrity of the "blueprint" that holds the physical body stable as a physical manifestation. If that blueprint is kept true to its original design, the physical body will stay true to its design also and not age. It is said that in the ancient days, when people had more spiritual integrity, that some humans had lives of 2000 years plus, and let their bodies die when they knew they had completed what they came into embodiment to do.
In other words, the body should last as long as you need it - IF YOU LIVE THE LIFE OF INTEGRITY.

However, down the millennia, our ancestors have accumulated karma, bad habits, and lost spiritual parts of themselves; this has led to distortions of our body blueprints, with consequent loss of viability of the physical form.

So if you want to stop aging, its a matter of tracking down karma and releasing it, then eating the right food and living a life of integrity to your spiritual self. Its among the hardest possible tasks any human could attempt to do this, because there's so much in the world going against it; but apparently it can be done.
