I HATE that.
Every where I go I see signs for Gourmet this and that.

Yes! Try being on the service side of it. Although, I care most of the time, it's a sincere connection to your clients and most will realize you're being genuine. It's good for business and makes your day go a lot better when you have nothing but people who like you come to you. Some, not all really don't care. It's just part of the job. Fake it 'till you make it.

Hi seems awfully short. Got to ignite the conversation with something. Then again, I'm awkward in social situations and everything feels off.
