Problems of the world are not because of
    overpopulation, but of overconsumerism. We
consider all matters as things to be bought and sold,
not to be loved and love.
Birth control is not at all a good solution. With
consumerism, the world will be still a hell even with
    less than 6 billion people.
We need new education, new world vision, new
concept about the spirituality of man, and each
individual must get new knowledge to solve
our physical problems with spiritual solutions.
Each couple must be responsible for the size
of their families with institutional support.
No problems will be solved only by leaders who
leave world citizens in ignorance and consider them
as stupid masses under their commands.
New education, new vision, rethinking... are essential
    elements to solve global problems.

The worldwide ecosystem will not allow continuing overpopulation. One way or another the population will be reduced to a sustainable level.

Overpopulated? Getting there. Bringing new life into the world is a grave responsibility and a life time commitment

I really think people should adopt. Why do people have to go to ***** banks and all that crap when there are so many needy children out there?

Actually the new life you bring into the world is a gift -- a precious human being -- how amazing that we have the opportunity to give birth to the next generation.

Yes, the world's population has grown -- but the worth and joy of having your own child is not a contingency. I think our population is overweight -- but I have not stopped eating. Be wise, use moderation and grow the next generation.

The world is not overpopulated there are certain areas and cities that got people living on top of each other. And there is a lot of open land where people can live. And there is enough food for everyone but due to the greediness and selfishness in the world it just seems overpopulated.

No offense BUT.. Why would you think it is a right? Clearly nature doesn't think so as not every female is able to conceive.
