i think your music is your mood. and the other way around. if you feel like listening to a song, you feel mood that encourages thoughts of listening to that song. when the song is playing you it triggers other moods and other emotions that make your mood change again. I think they go hand in hand. does that make sense ?

my mood determines the music....for sure. but don't get wrong...i can walk into a club and my entire mood changes when i hear the thump. but i have to be open to it.

This concept is a difficult one for me to grasp, but it does appear that music does have an affect on ones mood. Like a scary movie. The background music and lighting build up suspicion and tension causing the audience to be on the edge of their seat the whole time.
