there is saying,'What goes around, comes around". I don't think they just made the phrase up, there is definitely a reason behind it.

I know of things bad people have done, and their lives happily continuing on "years" after the fact. .
So I think an evil heart just might add these "years" to the bad, as they seem to have no conscience. If they have one speck of it, it will come back to haunt them eventually in some form.Like (1)

It's a Loving God that teaches us through many many laws- cause and effect being one of them. Because God loves even the the baddest of the bad, She will of course face that person with the damage they have done probably in ways we don't don't fully understand yet...but everything we do that harms another will be coming back...I believe that God actually feels everything from the smallest insect passing to the worst atrocity you could imagine.

I do not sit around contemplating the fate of anyone else, or wishing ill will even on my worst enemies. I believe that everyone will experience what they have dished out at some point, and whether that is enough to change someone or not, I do not know nor do I personally care. I have no control about anyone else. I cannot make anyone else have a consciousness or give a damn about anything. Nothing in this universe goes unnoticed. All will be addressed some day. You cannot influence that.

Most times, yes...but it's a whole lot more satisfying if you're there to see it happen to them ;-)
