I don't trust both of them.
I know from the older one in our team, that he some-times trashes behind the colleagues back, instead of talking to the person(s) in question.
The younger one in our team was and is sometimes really insulting to all colleagues in our department.Like (1)

The one who waddles in ten minutes late every day with her cell phone cemented to her ear, who chats with friends and eats breakfast until ten thirty and then 2-3 days out of five has to attend to some personal drama and leave? Or the one who requires full retraining every Monday because he smoked all his short term memory away over the weekend?
