If you do not vote than yo are at the mercy of whatever happens and you have no right to complain about the system because you have given up on it completely....which means you have given up on any hope of change and are choosing to passively accept the way things are.

So what good are you? You are the one passively accepting the way things are. I love george carlin but he was wrong on this count. If you don't vote, then you don't have a voice and you have no business complaining about how things are. Most of the population does not vote, if they did, then maybe we COULD change some ****. Also, believing that both sides and both parties are equally evil and full of **** is foolish and a very narrow sided viewpoint. All evidence speaks to the contrary.
