    I typically wait to receive an invitation....especially with women on here, because I'm very aware of the creep factor. So, I error on the side of caution, because I don't want to creep someone out.

    Most have invited me first, there are a few that I invited, most I get to know before I do..

    I've never waited for someone to extend an invite first. But I've had people invite me and me invite them.
