Do you worry for a neighbour if you do not see them for a while?

Do you check on them if they are elderly?

You know I was just thinking about this today. I haven't seen my neighbor in about a week. We have upstairs apartments? Shouldn't be that hard.

Yes, and in all the time I've lived alone, I hope someone was thinking about me in the same way.

I don't really worry about my elderly neighbor, cause truthfully, I really dont see her much anyway. I wouldnt really care cause she is senial and annoys the crap outta me. But when it comes to my 72 year old grandma, my mom talks to her about every day. And when I dont hear my mom talking to her for a while, I get a little nervous and call her, to find out everythings fine. But you just have a heart and thats good!

Nobody's going to be upset if you check up on them or say you had a bad feeling (just say you were watching one of those shows where the neighbors hadn't checked up on someone).

Or if you're really that afraid, just ask if UPS left a package on their doorstep by mistake and ask them to keep an eye out for it.

Yes.

Usually our neighbours let us know if they are leaving on a holiday, so any other kind of long disappearance would concern me no matter how old they are!
