librakitty05	Posted Jul 3rd, 2009 at 7:51PM you can't buy it you have to know a fisherman and he has to be lucky enough to catch it Green Ling Cod when it is raw it is a pale mint green flesh and when it cooks up it is snowy white and it is soooooo good the first time I had it it was deep fried in a beer batter Rated: +1Vote for this!

But, I tried seaweed salad once at a Chinese restaurant and I thought it was excellent! Too bad I can't find any restaurant that sells sea vegetables... Rated: +1Vote for this!
