They dress old now, yes.
My mom was extremely stylish in her youth, though.
My dad is Mr. Button-Down-Shirt-and-Jeans. Always has been.

It's not that some parents dress "old," it's that they dress appropriately for their age - in society's eyes. But ya know, I don't think it's that big a deal. She is being how she feels so live and let live. There are a lot worse things she could be doing.
