Nope. Fetal heart beats around 120 bpm. adult is normally around 80.

IDK, but the reason we like the bass beat is its relative similarity to the heartbeat, so it's fairly certain babies are AWARE of their mother's beat at some level.

I would have to say no since mothers say they can feel the baby's heart beat and to feel it it would have to be distinguishable from your own
