Does a lunch time power nap help you feel better or make you feel more tired?

If I nap, I need a good hour or two of sleep in oprder to feel better. Lunchtime nap is eating quick so I don't starve and maybe getting a half hour of sleep but makes me feel more tired unless I absolutely cannot stay awake, then I feel a bit better after short nap.

Is This A Good Question? (1)

Too tempting. I used to go home during uni breaks to have a nap and never make it back for afternoon classes. Wouldn't even attempt it for work.

I have to nap, it revitalises me. I have a chronic illlness, so my body needs times to recoop. I also suffer from insomnia, so I take little naps where I can

I actually prefer to nap, I don't sleep long periods of time without waking up, so generally I'm super exhausted unless I get a nap.

I can't nap, I have a hard enough time even sleeping in bed at night. :|

I sure wish I could sleep like a regular person though!

If you're lack of sleep, even an hour nap would feel better.
