Add some Cumin, Lemon Pepper and a touch of Worcestershire to the center piece of bread... It's *almost* like meat, it smells like meat, just close your eyes while you eat your "burger".

Im only going on recent events here, but ive just had eggs and tomatoes betwixt two slices of toast and it totally tasted as i expected, egg and tomato. So forgive my inherent scepticism and wild use of reasoning but i have serious doubts about your outrageous claim.
