Nope most of our books are filled with errors and lies. American history is only taught if you choice to learn it on your own

US history is glossed over very quickly, we only have to take one year of it in high school. Civics, economics, and world history have very little to say about our history as well. Looking back I'm not sure how you can teach civics or economics without learning history, but they tried.

Not even that, they know their in america, but they have no idea how they got there, their history teaches them what McDonalds special offers were last moth, and their idea of geography is absent. When it comes to politics, they think everything is about republicans and democrats and mudslinging. i honestly pity most of them, although there are a lot of americans i like that has proven their worth by discussing on a serious level.

hhaha yes. The whole world of america is very fascinating. Apparently there are some other places on earth but we don't like to pay attention to them unless it's for promoting a "good cause" that we can take part in and make trendy.
