best excise human can get, relaxes mind and body :) also enjoy the music :) its great for heart, blood pressure also controls weight gain :)
It's never too late. I started classes when I was in my mid 30's - tap, jazz and ballet - and loved every minute of it. There were women in my tap class that were in their 70's and still going strong. If it's something you want to do, go for it.
